I spend most of my time working on my small farm in Brandy Station VA.

We have a couple of cows and Peony, the miniature donkey. Most days April through October, you will find me outside in the garden or on the front porch in the evenings watching the hummingbirds. When the freeze-dried candy became the craze, I was already deep into freeze-drying produce from my garden, so I thought, why not branch out and do the candy? I was already a step ahead as I already had a commercial kitchen, so I just proceeded with the permits, and now I’m a small freeze-dried candy operation.
